Our Services

01.
Requirement Analysis

Every venture towards solar starts with a detailed analysis of the clients electrical usage and requirements. As well as discussing all the limitations and approvals required from the concerned departments.

02.
Product Procurement

After having understood the requirements of the client the next step is getting all the equipment required.

03.
Installation

One of the most crucial steps is installation. Getting all the equipment installed on the clients premises can take up to a few days.

04.
Net Metering

Depending on the client's system (On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid) an application for a net meter is sent to the concerned department and after a standard survey the net meter is issued and installed within the concerned time.

How Does Solar Work?

A solar system uses solar panels that use sunlight to make DC electricity (by displacing electrons). This DC electricity is transferred to an inverter which then converts the DC Current to AC current (as AC current is the form electricity we to run most if not all of our routine appliances) and from here depending on your system will either be used by you, sent to the Grid or used to charge your batteries.

Types of Solar Systems in Pakistan

There are three types of systems and each has its own benefits.

On-Grid Solar System in Pakistan

In this type of system the usage is calculated and system generates electricity according to the peak units used in any given month, it is entirely dependent on sunlight and is sent directly to the house hold not stored in any manner however with a net meter installed the excess if generated is transferred to the Grid. For more information read under Net Meter.

Off-Grid Solar System in Pakistan

In this type of system the electricity generated during the day is sent to the household and the excess to the batteries connected to the Off-Grid system. During the night the stored electricity in the batteries is used by the household. It is not dependent on sunlight as the energy can be stored in batteries but the added cost of batteries makes this an unpopular option and usually requires a back up generator. It is best for someone who's house is not connected to the grid.

Hybrid Solar System in Pakistan

This type of system uses both On-Grid and batteries. Sending electricity directly to the household and charging the batteries at the same time. Once the batteries are charged the surplus electricity is sent to the Grid via net meter. Using electricity directly generated from sunlight during the day and then using electricity stored in the batteries during the night as well as accumulating credits to be used at the end of the month.

Net Metering in Pakistan

A Net Meter is an electrical unit meter the same one as a normal electrical unit meter but with one key difference that it can run backwards meaning it records electricity generated from both directions. In an On-Grid or Hybrid system there is point in which the system generates more units than the household is using and those excess units are transferred to the grid and the net meter starts running in reverse. The amount of units transferred to the grid are accumulated as credits at the of every month and subtracted from the total units consumed from the grid. This will result in the client only having to pay the difference.
